Hello and welcome to our Little Dragonflies page!
Our sessions run every Thursday afternoon from 2pm until 3pm in the school hall (term time only).
Our playgroup is lead by Mrs Dawe and Miss Kelly from our Early Years team which means that when the children transition from playgroup to Nursery, when they turn 3 years old, they already know two familiar faces!
Little Dragonflies is accessible to all ages from birth to 4 years old. We have resources suitable for children of all ages, ensuring that the needs of every child are met. We welcome families each week for a different themed fun and sociable session, encouraging social and sensory play, arts and crafts and rhyme time. Playgroup is a great way to socialise with other families in the community and to get a real feel for our school. Little Dragonflies is a friendly, welcoming group for parents and carers and there is no need to book onto a session, just turn up to the front entrance where you will be greeted by a friendly member of staff. We also have a private nappy changing space available for children.
The sessions cost £1 per family which includes drinks and biscuits for you and your little one!
